I’m told that Bostonia, the double-bar destination designed by HGTV’s Taniya Nayak, will now open in early April at the Board of Trade Building, conveniently perched at the corner of Broad and State streets. The chef is Kyle Ketchum, an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu who has also cooked at Woodward at Ames, Michigan’s The Lark and Rhode Island’s Spiced Pear.

On the menu: tuna crudo, braised lamb with pappardelle pasta, Georges Bank scallops with chorizo sausage, a lobster roll with house-made sour cream dressing, and Berkshire bourbon maple-glazed sweet potato doughnuts, made with real maple syrup (where would we be without doughnuts?).
