Napa Technologies “Wine Stations” are a state of the art wine preservation system and the cornerstone of our wine program. Last August we were awarded the Best Wine List in Boston from Boston A-List and it would not have been possible without the Wine Stations.

The Wine Stations keep the wines at the appropriate temperatures, preserve the wine for up to 60 days by replacing the oxygen with argon and aerate the wines as they are poured to give a perfect pour every time. With the Wine Stations we are able to offer exclusive wines like Opus One and Doubleback by the glass.
